I was wrong. 270 pounds, newly diabetic, unhealthy liver due to high cholesterol, bad relationship with food and plainly unhappy with how I look, I needed serious help. This is your guy. Not only is he an excellent coach with a wealth of knowledge, he is very approachable. He customizes plans and nutrition for every client. He checked if I had any dietary restrictions and what my fitness goals were prior to starting. Was also able to change my workouts from home to gym once I got a membership. The one-on-sessions have been a life saver when it comes to correcting my form, saved me from lots of unintentional pain.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

Being in this business for quite awhile now, I take seriously my passion to be a Personal trainer to help my clients change their lifestyle and overall outlook on health and fitness. I am not just a trainer who only trains for the financial gains, but I am a trainer that will help you create results. 

How much do you charge?

The rates depend on your fitness goals and level.  This is discussed and determined once i lay out the individualized fitness plan. You can book a session for a fitness level assessment and consultation. 

What is your cancelation policy?

Notice of cancellation/rescheduling for 1x1 training sessions should be given 48 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, your payment will be forfeited. 

How will you track my progress?

I utilize an application that can be downloaded to your smartphone. I require all my clients to send me weekly progress photo as those help me determine and evaluate adjustments needed on training and nutrition plans.
